Executive Director, Research and Development
Iyogho, Jonathan Iyere
Iyogho, Jonathan Iyere holds both a bachelor and master degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Benin and the University of Lagos, respectively. He also holds a PGD (Education). Engr. Jonathan is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, a registered member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and Research Fellow of the Institute of Oil and Gas Research and Hydrocarbon studies.
Engr. Jonathan brings over 35 years of experience both from the public and private sectors. Up until his retirement, he served as the Deputy Commandant General (DCG) of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, where he headed the office of Critical National Assets and Infrastructure. Prior to that, he had served in the Edo State Ministry of Environment as a special assistant to the commissioner. Also, he worked in Leventis motors, Udofe Metal Industries, and WTN plc, where he took up different managerial level positions.
Director, Human Resource
Iyere, Oshokene IDODE
Iyere, Oshokene Idode is the director Human Resource. He is in charge of recruitment and personnel management at Dhyana.
He holds a National Diploma in Office Technology and Management from Federal Polytechnic Auchi, a B.Sc in Political Science and Public Administration from Benson Idahosa University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Dublin Business School, Dublin Ireland.
He also has international banking and finance experience having previously worked for Ulster Bank and PTSB Bank both in Ireland where he focused on Business Development and Customer Relations. He also worked for an European based consultancy firm – Covalen Solutions where he focused on Human Resources Management as well as Customer Service.
Mr Oshokene offers his depth of knowledge in regards Human Resources management. He also seats on the board of other organizations.
Director, Projects
Iyere, Dwabotse Odufa
Dwabotse Odufa Iyere holds a Masters in Project management from Northumbria University, London, United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State.
She leads all major infrastructure projects, machinery procurement and assets management for corporate and financial growth at Dhyana. Experienced in client/customer relationship strategy and data analysis for the energy billing techops department at Utility Warehouse, London, UK. She also worked as an Architect in GOA, Abuja Nigeria, where she gained experience in site supervision for major projects.
